Working on: Blowing bubbles & getting used to an instructor and a platform

Needed to level up: Must be 2 years old

Level 2

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Blowing bubbles with eyes in, kicking on barbells with ‘nemos’, coming off platform with eyes in, independent safety jumps, independent floating

Needed to level up: Comfortable with putting eyes in, independent floating for 30 seconds, and not being nervous

Level 3

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Independent flip flops, independent safety jumps, kicking on barbells with ‘nemos’, coming off platform with consistent arms coming out

Needed to level up: Consistent big arms, independent Flip flops

Level 4

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Breathing to the side, independent flip flops the full length of the pool, kicking on barbells with perfect ‘nemos’, knee dives, backstroke kicks and arms

Needed to level up: Flip flops the length of the pool, perfect freestyle, consistent backstroke

Level 5

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Perfect freestyle, perfecting backstroke

Needed to level up: Perfect Freestyle and perfect backstroke a full lap of the pool

Level 6

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Perfect freestyle, perfect backstroke, and intro to breast stroke

Needed to level up: Perfect freestyle, perfect backstroke, concept of breast stroke with minimal assistance

Level 7

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Strong breast stroke, intro to butterfly, intro to flip turns & pull outs

Needed to level up: Perfect freestyle, perfect backstroke, strong breast stroke, concept of butterfly with minimal assistance

Level 8

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Butterfly timing & breathing, flip turns and pull outs

Needed to level up: Perfect freestyle, perfect backstroke, perfect breaststroke, strong butterfly

Level 9

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Perfecting flip turns and pull outs, working on endurance

Needed to level up: Perfect freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, flip turns and pull outs

Level 10

Minimum Age: 2 years

Working on: Maintaining perfection in all four strokes, flip turns, dives and pull outs.
