Every swimmer that comes through Wolfies takes their skills back out into the world, helping others become safe in the water and extending the values of friendship and commitment that we teach every day!

  • AM I ABLE TO TALK TO MY CHILD’S SWIM INSTRUCTOR BEFORE OR AFTER THE LESSON?

    Yes, each family with an active class enrollment will be charged a non-refundable annual fee each calendar year. A portion of the annual fee goes towards our Hope Floats Scholarship bucket and the remainder is used for maintenance and upkeep of our building and administrative systems.

  • DO I HAVE TO RE-ENROLL IN LESSONS EVERY MONTH/SESSION?

    No! Our enrollment at Wolfies is ongoing and continual. You will have your same day and time every week until it no longer fits your schedule. Please note that this only applies to weekly/year-round lessons. Should you need to make any schedule changes, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

  • DO YOU OFFER MAKE-UPS FOR MISSED SWIM LESSONS?

    We offer (1) make-up token per class, per month. However, we must be notified of absences before the start of the lesson being missed to be eligible. If the allotted number of makeup tokens are given, you will still be responsible for payment of any additional missed classes, even if proper notice is received.

  • HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR LESSONS?

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY CHILD TO LEARN HOW TO SWIM?

    Every child’s experience in the water is unique. Therefore, we cannot give an exact answer to this question. However, we are confident that regular practice and exposure to a structured swim environment will yield the best results. We recommend enrolling your child in at least two lessons per week to maintain consistent progress. With acquiring any skill, learning water safety and good swimming technique take time to accomplish.

  • IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

    Yes, our annual fee of $55 per family is charged every year on your anniversary month. Please note you are only charged the annual fee once you have enrolled in swim lessons with us or have scheduled two or more drop-in lessons with us.

  • WHAT HOLIDAYS WILL YOU BE CLOSED ON?

    We are closed for New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween (close at 1pm), Thanksgiving (Thursday-Sunday), Holiday Break (TBA), New Year’s Eve. You can also see closures in our newsletter, posted around our facility, & on our Facebook & Instagram!

  • WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY SWIM LESSONS?

    Wolfies requires the submission of the drop request 7 days before the 1st of the month via our customer portal. This includes weekly lessons and at-home lessons. Should the drop request not be submitted 7 days prior to the 1st of the month, you are billed a $25 cancellation fee. Should you have any interest in discontinuing your lessons, your drop request must be submitted through the customer portal.

  • WHAT IF MY CHILD IS NOT POTTY TRAINED?

    If your child is under the age of 3 years old and/or is not 100% potty trained, they are required to wear a Happy Nappy Duo Swim Diaper.

  • WHEN AM I BILLED FOR MY CHILD’S SWIM LESSONS?

    Wolfies Swim School will auto-bill your credit/debit card on file on the 1st of the month for that particular month of lessons. If you sign up for lessons mid-month, we will prorate the tuition fees accordingly and charge the credit/debit card on file at the time of enrollment.

  • WHY AM I NOT ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK WHILE MY CHILD IS IN THE WATER? (AM I ALLOWED TO SIT ON THE POOL DECK DURING MY CHILD’S LESSON?

    Simply put, it is a distraction for the child. You may watch your child’s lessons from our upstairs viewing room. However, during the warmer months the garage doors in the pool area are open, allowing for you to sit outside on the deck behind the garage doors and watch!
